Key perspective

Make every stage support the buyer's decision.

Verified facts → Question planning → Content & evidence → Distribution → Monitoring & iteration

01

Establish a verifiable set of brand facts

Standardize company names, brand relationships, product scope, specifications, certifications and delivery conditions. Record sources, applicability and content owners. Update the fact base as the business changes so the website, media articles and sales materials stay consistent.

02

Use high-value questions to structure buying scenarios

Plan supplier discovery, product comparison, application-fit and partnership questions around buyer roles and decision stages. Map each core question to a specific content page and supporting evidence. Question count defines scope; business value comes from covering meaningful purchasing decisions.

03

Turn the four layers and three evidence types into usable assets

The technical layer organizes entity facts and accessible pages; the trust layer organizes credible sources; the content layer answers buyer questions; the industry layer applies real use and decision contexts. Identify the sources of first-party, third-party and authoritative evidence. Label media coverage, certification and customer feedback separately.

04

Review both contracted delivery and observed results

Specify platforms, content quantities, distribution definitions, website configuration and monitoring frequency in the plan. Verify articles, links and records at delivery. Assess performance against a fixed question sample, recording fluctuations and citation changes. Confirmed product packages and contracts govern quantities and guarantees.
