BUSINESS COMPLEXITY

As your brand grows, consistent facts become more important.

01

Multiple brands or product lines fragment AI understanding

Unify company entities, brand aliases, product relationships and business boundaries so market content draws on consistent facts.

02

An established overseas brand enters new applications slowly

Start with specific applications, buying constraints and competitive gaps to connect the brand with new needs.

03

Country websites hold disconnected evidence

Define the roles of central and regional sites, connecting local languages, certification scope, service capabilities and citations.

RESEARCH BEFORE INVESTMENT

Identify the opportunity before allocating execution resources.

FROM ANALYSIS TO EXECUTION

A complete path from market research to annual review.

01

Market research

Clarify products, markets and demand trends to identify categories and applications worth investing in.

02

Competitive gaps

Compare your brand and competitors against the same buying questions, checking answers, pages and cited evidence.

03

Core audiences

Identify users, technical evaluators and purchasing decision-makers, then map their selection criteria.

04

Four-layer methodology

Coordinate technology, trust, content and industry layers through first-party, independent and authoritative evidence.

05

Objectives and positioning

Define the categories, capabilities and applications the brand should be associated with, then set stage-specific objectives.

06

Question engineering

Map four keyword groups to HVQs, SVQs and follow-up questions. Connect each question with a market, role, fact and page.

07

Content and trust

Turn specifications, certifications and cases into answer modules, supported by website and external evidence assets.

08

Platform adaptation

Adjust content structure, sources and monitoring questions based on platform answers and retrieval behavior.

09

Scheduling and delivery

Build an annual plan, quarterly priorities and first-90-day tasks around business needs, with clear ownership and quantities.

10

Monitoring and review

Check delivery, deployment and performance separately. Turn weak question coverage and new competitive changes into the next action plan.

COMMERCIAL QUESTION ENGINEERING

Build high-value question assets around real buying decisions.

Expand one buying need into a connected decision journey.

HVQs cover brand discovery, constraints, capability requirements, preferences and top-N lists, comparisons, application recommendations and long-term partnerships. SVQs add specifications, certifications, delivery and risk conditions. Priority questions form follow-up chains mapped to products, evidence and landing pages.

Manage strategy, fixed monitoring and exploratory question pools separately to maintain traceable comparisons over time.

EXAMPLE / Industrial buying scenario

Which manufacturers can supply precision aluminum housings for industrial automation in Germany?

Which suppliers provide prototype support and documented inspection procedures?

What drawings, tolerances and order quantities are needed for a quotation?

FACTS INTO TRUST

Support capabilities with facts and brand claims with evidence.

01

Nine content units

Organize company, product, capability, application, solution, case and FAQ information by industry, maintaining sources, applicability and versions.

02

Answer modules and multi-channel content

Structure content around conclusions, evidence, limits and recommendations, adapted for websites, blogs, media, social channels and video.

03

Three complementary evidence types

The website carries first-party evidence; customer and industry assessments provide independent validation; certification, professional institutions and authoritative reporting support key claims.

WEBSITE IMPLEMENTATION

Improve the website you already own.

Website GEO is part of the overall program.

Brand entity pages, product evidence, FAQs, how-to content and solution topics answer buyer questions. Page structure, internal links and applicable structured data remain aligned with the existing site.

GEOsite can produce HTML and asset packages for your technical team to deploy on the existing website. FeiTech handles content review, deployment instructions, live-page checks and monitoring. A separate new website is scoped only where needed.

A verifiable delivery list

  • Market and competitor research, baseline and gap register
  • Keyword and prompt matrices with page mapping
  • Fact and evidence register, plus nine content units
  • Page HTML, assets, metadata and implementation instructions
  • Content and media publication records with actual URLs

ENTERPRISE FAQ

How does Enterprise GEO begin?

Which companies need a tailored program?

Established businesses with multiple product lines, markets or websites that need consistent brand facts, specialist evidence and long-term execution. Start with priority business areas.

Do we need to rebuild our website?

No. GEO improvements to your existing site are included in the plan. HTML and asset packages can be deployed by your technical team. A separate website is optional, based on need.

How is a custom budget determined?

Scope depends on business lines, languages, question volume, page improvements, content and channel capacity, and monitoring frequency. Research and a scope inventory precede the formal quotation.

How are platforms and commitments defined?

The program starts with this site's agreed six-platform scope. Additional platforms, target questions and acceptance conditions are confirmed in the custom contract. Quantity, quality and performance are tracked separately.

Does the number of questions equal the number of articles?

No. Multiple questions may share the same facts and pages. Question pools, articles, media publications and actual AI citations are counted separately.
